SMS Messaging Terms

Program description: When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Ignite Creative Solutions related to what you signed up for, such as webinar and event reminders, updates and account notifications. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and announcements.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive texts from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not required to buy: Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Webinars and events are provided for general information. Dates, times, content and availability may change. Recordings may be made and shared with registrants.

You agree not to misuse our websites or forms, including by submitting false information, interfering with their operation, or attempting unauthorized access. All content on our websites is owned by Ignite Creative Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our websites and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ignite Creative Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites, webinars or messaging programs.
